Responsibilities
- Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff; may provide input on hiring, training, development, and evaluations.
- Assess daily patient care needs and develop/distribute patient care assignments to ensure appropriate care.
- Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address issues impacting outcomes.
- Ensure resident safety by identifying hazards and initiating corrective actions.
- Respond to patient care complaints through established channels.
Education & Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Current and valid RN license in New York State.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to apply critical thinking in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Excellent customer service skills; integrity, friendliness, and compassion.

- Flexibility, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English!
