Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be capable of managing a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer treatments and medications following established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care.
• Educate patients and family members regarding health status and discharge procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NYS nursing license.
• Have at least 2 years of recent ER experience, including travel roles.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate ability to work nights and handle high-pressure situations.
• Show proof of recent travel experience with renewal documentation preferred.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, with no guaranteed block scheduling.
