McDonald's - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service.;
Manage departmental responsibilities (training, food safety, inventory management) and report results to team and other managers.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that promotions are executed well; train service staff in procedures; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for best service.;
Ensure restaurant delivers great quality food, is safe, manage food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate Crew.
