McDonald's - Up to $18.25/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.;
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness.;
Monitor safety, security, and profitability and take action to meet McDonald's standards.;
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff.;
Oversee tasks such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, scheduling, and training.
