Target - - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings;
Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs;
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity;
Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests;
Assist guests and team members on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms
