Role Overview

We are seeking a Public Sector Account Manager to lead our engagement with the Dutch central government and the G4 municipalities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht). This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong network in the public sector and a proven track record in enterprise sales.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a market strategy, driving complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales of Trend Micro's cybersecurity solutions within the Dutch public sector.

* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for central government and G4 municipalities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

* Collaborate with internal teams (presales, channel partners, marketing and other specialists) to deliver customer value.

* Conduct quarterly business reviews to align on roadmaps and mitigate risks.

* Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in compliance with internal processes.

Required Experience & Skills

* Proven track record in public sector sales, with an existing network in government organizations.

* Background in cybersecurity or hyperscaler environments preferred.

* Ability to autonomously build and execute a market strategy.

* Experience with complex deals, team-based selling; familiarity with MEDDICC is a plus.

* Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience.

* Dutch language proficiency and ability to engage at C-level.

* Strong negotiation, closing skills, and results-driven mindset.
