Employment Type:

Full-Time Shift: Rotating Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Hiring Range: $25.82-$34.54

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications according to all applicable codes and regulations.
• Coordinates and performs testing of electrical systems as required by codes. Troubleshoots and analyzes electrical problems.
• Performs and develops preventative maintenance measures for all electrical equipment in compliance with regulatory codes and ensures operational readiness and performance. Maintains and contributes to systems training manuals and upgrades as changes occur.
• Maintains operational knowledge of electrical systems within the facility and the content of engineering drawings.

Complexity of Work:

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Education:

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English. NYS Driver License preferred
