Diesel Technician Position

Calling all Diesel Technicians! Mangino Chevrolet is searching for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. We provide a full range of General Motor's special tools, an air-conditioned garage, paid training, a wide selection of benefits, rotating weekends off, and many opportunities to advance your automotive career!

Responsibilities:

Inspecting and repairing vehicles with diesel engines
Running diagnostic tests
Handling routine repairs, including oil and tire changes
Interpreting diagnostic test results
Writing detailed inspection reports and repair plans
Adjusting equipment and repair or replace defective parts
Diagnosing faults or malfunctions using testing equipment
Cleaning or performing maintenance work
Operating and inspecting mechanical equipment to diagnose defects

Qualifications:

General Motors & Diesel Engine Repair knowledge
Possesses own toolbox and tools
Valid Drivers License
NYS Inspection License

$30-$40 an hour dependent on experience

Monday - Friday 7:30 to 6:00 pm
