About the Role

Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Operations Intern, you will support the EU logistics operations team with daily operation monitoring, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support last-mile logistics operations across DE markets, including courier delivery and reverse logistics
* Assist in monitoring end-to-end logistics performance, tracking key operational KPIs such as delivery timeliness, cancellation rate, and exception rate
* Help analyze operational issues and identify root causes, prepare reports and insights to support solution design
* Support coordination with logistics providers (3PLs, couriers) and internal teams to follow up on operational issues and improvements
* Assist in SOP documentation, data analysis, and operational process optimization projects
Minimum Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree at university, eligible to work in Netherlands, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
* Data analysis and explaining ideas clearly;
* Interpersonal and communication skills;
* Fluent in English and German languages in order to communicate with German vendors and merchants.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
* Passion to learn about logistics operations.
