• On-call expectations: 6–8 call shifts per 6-week cycle

• Provide comprehensive L&D/OB nursing care across labor, delivery, and postpartum units
• Monitor fetal status and maternal condition; perform ongoing assessments and document changes
• Support laboring patients through all stages of labor; administer medications and pain relief as ordered
• Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean births, in collaboration with the OB/GYN team
• Manage postpartum care, discharge planning, and patient education for new families
• Respond to obstetric emergencies per protocol and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members (nursing, physicians, anesthesia, neonatology)

• Current Montana RN license or qualifying compact license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate AWHONN certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/L&D and postpartum care
• Experience in OB, labor & delivery, and postpartum care with ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients
• Ability to work night shifts with on-call schedule; flexibility for occasional day coverage
• Ability to work in a hospital setting in Anaconda, Montana
