Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the day‑to‑day financial operations for our growing real estate team, construction company, rental properties, and related business entities. This is an in‑office position based in Anacortes, WA.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing payroll, reconciling accounts, managing vendor payments, preparing reports, and supporting leadership with financial tracking and reporting.
We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, confidential, and able to follow established systems while helping keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly
