Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is hiring a Classroom Aide to support our licensed Infant and Toddler Program. In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers and the Program Lead to create a safe, calm, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

You'll support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, supervised play, sensory exploration, and early language development. You will help maintain consistent schedules while responding to each child's individual needs. Your attentiveness and care will directly contribute to children feeling secure, supported, and ready to learn.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, observant, and comfortable working in a team-based classroom setting. The right candidate understands that early childhood is foundational and that everyday moments - reading a book, singing a song, offering comfort, encouraging independence - make a lasting impact.

This position is part of a licensed program and requires meeting Washington DCYF standards, including background clearance and health requirements. Required training, such as CPR/First Aid and STARS, is supported and provided if needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

The role requires active engagement throughout the day, including lifting children, sitting on the floor, bending, and moving throughout the classroom.
