Physician ​/ Emergency Medicine ​/ Washington ​/ Locum tenens ​/ WA EM 10 Shifts​/Month Mix of Days + Nights Job

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in the Pacific Northwest region. This role is based at a Level III Trauma Center with a steady patient volume and a collaborative MD + APC staffing model. The provider will manage a mix of acute and urgent care cases while working a combination of day, swing, and night shifts.

Job Responsibilities Provide emergency department coverage across day, swing, and night shifts

Manage acute and urgent care cases in a Level III Trauma setting

Respond to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed

Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APCs)
Document patient care using Meditech EMRWork independently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
MD or DO from an accredited program

Active medical license or eligibility for licensureACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required

Ability to obtain privileges within approximately 60 days Working Hours Approximately 10 shifts per month

Mix of day, swing, and night shifts

Weekday and weekend coverage required

Long-term assignment (6+ months)
