Starting pay is $20/hr many benefits and incentives!!

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Anacortes and Oak Harbor, WA, for a Home Care Provider. The Home Care Provider will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, household tasks, and companionship. Responsibilities include supporting clients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, as well as helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other essential needs to ensure their comfort and safety.

Additionally, the role involves building trusting relationships to provide emotional and social support.

• Experience or skills in Caregiving, Home Care, and Elder Care
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive, respectful relationships with clients
• Ability to provide Personal Care, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and mobility
• Reliable, empathetic, and dedicated to serving the needs of others
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in clients homes in Anacortes and Oak Harbor, WA, and adhere to the policies and procedures of Heartsong Homecare Cooperative
• Relevant certifications or training in care services are a plus.
