Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

Summary: The Housekeeping Attendant ensures all guest rooms and lodge areas are clean, comfortable, and ready for guests. This role also supports laundry and houseman duties, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare up to 12+ rooms per shift.
• Follow all entry/exit and guest privacy protocols (MUR, DND).
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, fitness areas, and public spaces.
• Handle laundry duties: sorting, washing, folding, and distribution.
• Report room damages, maintenance issues, or lost items.
• Maintain carts, storage areas, and equipment in a neat and safe condition.
• Provide excellent guest service and work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependability.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical cleaning tasks.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
