Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee banquet, catering, event, and banquet bar operations. This role leads during events to ensure exceptional guest service, quality food and beverage delivery, and compliant service.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of large-volume hotel or casino event catering experience and 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience, with certifications in Serv Safe, TIPS, and a Washington Food Worker Card.
