Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager & Recruiter to join our in‑house leadership team in Anacortes, WA.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is designed for a people‑first leader who thrives on coaching, accountability, and growth. You’ll work closely with our agents to drive performance, support their business development, and help them stay aligned with team goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to the team. You will shape our culture and future through agent coaching, pipeline accountability, recruiting conversations, and relationship‑building, ensuring our agents feel supported, challenged, and positioned for success.
QualificationsWe’re looking for a confident communicator, natural connector, and motivator who enjoys developing people and building strong teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others grow, creating alignment, and contributing to the long‑term success of a winning real estate organization.
