Anacortes, WA, Onsite - Schedule:
Full Time / 40 hours per week - Salary Range: $81,511.87 – $ annually
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, manage the full-cycle recruitment process while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders across the organization.
- Partner with leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing support, and offer execution
- Build proactive talent pipelines through community partnerships, educational institutions, career events, and networking
- Develop targeted recruitment marketing campaigns utilizing social media and other advertising channels
- Leverage the applicant tracking system to enhance workflow efficiency and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and vacancy trends to drive continuous improvement
- Consult with leadership on labor market conditions, compensation considerations, and competitive hiring practices
- Ensure recruitment processes reflect Island Health’s values and deliver a positive, timely candidate experience
- Support onboarding initiatives that strengthen retention and employee engagement
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment
- Strong consultative skills with the confidence to influence hiring decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- High level of professionalism with strong knowledge of confidentiality and employment practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience supporting complex hiring environments and partnering with leadership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
- Recruiting experience in a unionized and/or public-sector environment
