Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Sea Bear Company is currently seeking for motivated individuals to join our Packaging Team. Our packaging department is responsible for day-to-day operations of final packaging for all internally and externally produced products. This position will be crossed-trained with our distribution team and may need to pick/pack orders as need.

This position is based at our production facility in Anacortes, WA and will report to the Distribution and Packaging Manager. The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 6am to 430pm (10hr shifts), with occasional Fridays/weekends, as needed. The starting wage for this position is $18-$19/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling boxes and other packaging formats
• Placing products into final packaging for both perishable/non-perishable items
• Assembling gift baskets and associated gift packaging
• Completing paperwork for product tracking

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to Detail
• Read and write in English
• Basic Computer Skills

Working Conditions:

• Standing for 2hrs at a time, for up to 10hrs
• Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50lbs
• Manual dexterity to use both hands to inspect, pack, tape, and move product
• Full range of motion for pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, reaching, grasping associated items
