Our client, an industrial food manufacturing organization in Anacortes, is seeking a Packing job Food Manufacturing to join their team. Pay Range: $18.00/HR PAID WEEKLY

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4 days/week) or Night Shift (5:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 4 days/week)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor high-tech equipment used in seafood processing and packaging.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, stacking, and applying stretch film to stabilize pallets.
• Inspect products visually for quality, color, and packaging integrity, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Respond to digital and visual process controls, adjusting operations as needed to ensure continuous flow.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate shades and sizes of product.
• Willingness to work in humid, cool conditions wearing protective gear.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety standards.
