Our client, an industrial leader in seafood processing, is seeking a Surimi Foods Production Associate to join their team. As a Surimi Foods Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Anacortes, WA

Pay Range: $18 p.h

Shift: 3 Day Shift (6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4 days/week) or 3 Night Shift (5:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 4 days/week)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor high-tech equipment used in seafood processing
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, stacking, and transferring products
• Inspect products for quality, color, and packaging integrity
• Clean and sanitize machinery and work areas to maintain safety standards
• Respond to digital and visual process controls to ensure continuous production flow

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and visual acuity for quality inspection
• Willingness to work in humid, cool environments wearing protective gear
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Adherence to safety standards and good manufacturing practices
