Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Anacortes, Washington, 98221!

Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Contract | Days | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
