Job Description

The Shop Assistant works in partnership with store employees to maintain product and service areas and provide excellent customer service while following company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Maintain the showroom, service room, truck service area, and warehouse.
• Stock, label, paint, and complete other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 16 years of age; parent authorization may be required depending on state guidelines.
• Ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment, including lifting 35–75 pounds, frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
• On-the-job training provided.

• Hourly pay: $16.50 – $26.45.
• All tools provided by the company – no cost to employee.
