Sales and Event Coordinator

Majestic Inn and Spa is seeking an organized, guest-focused Event Sales Manager to support weddings, group events, and special occasions at our boutique waterfront property in downtown Anacortes. This role combines event sales, coordination, and on-site execution support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Respond to event and group inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property tours and help convert leads into booked events.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, timelines, and event details with accuracy.
• Work closely with clients to understand expectations and ensure a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support event setup, execution, and follow-up.
• Assist with sales lead follow-up and relationship‑building to encourage repeat business.
• Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality sales, or related guest service work.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Comfort working some weekends and evenings based on event needs.
• A team‑oriented mindset and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences.
