** Anacortes, WA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and provide responsive customer service to employees and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities as directed.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of process areas, administrative areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry points and control access for employees, contractors, and deliveries using approved verification methods and visitor protocols.

+ Complete timely reports and log entries for patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and designated site representatives.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
