Alpha Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare 5-Star rated agency that is growing and looking for a PRN Speech Language Therapist for the San Juan Islands. The candidate must live on the islands. • $55-65 per hour, DOE
• Mileage reimbursement

• Master’s or doctoral degree in speech‑language pathology
• Washington state license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in speech‑language pathology
• Current BLS certification from AHA

• Assess and identify functional speech defects
• Provide physician‑ordered treatment to patients in their home
• Develop and contribute to the patient plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to provide life‑changing services
• Participate in interdisciplinary and in‑service meetings
