As a Warehouse and Delivery Driver at CED Anacortes, you will be responsible for preparing, loading, unloading, operating and cleaning a truck, maintaining records, and helping to develop customer rapport.
The right candidate is eager to learn, independent, has a keen eye for planning, and is driven to develop professionally and personally over time. Other responsibilities include stocking shelves, receiving material, shipping material, and keeping order and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard. Additional tasks may be given at the discretion of your manager. There is ample opportunity for upward mobility for adaptive individuals who are willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
+ Possess a current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; CDL not required
+ Capable of safely operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools (forklift certification provided on the job if needed)
+ Proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new systems
+ Demonstrates a customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive experience
+ Highly organized, meticulous, and able to think critically and solve problems effectively
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
+ Willing to undergo an employer paid background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1 year of delivery experience preferred, but not required
Working Conditions:
This position operates in a warehouse setting, with outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment as well as standard warehouse equipment.

Essential Job Functions:
· Perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs., climbing, crouching, and working on hard surfaces
· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling and wire measuring equipment safely
· Load/unload trucks and stock/unstock warehouse and yard materials, including conduit racks
· Use basic math and computer skills to process shipping documents and navigate vendor websites
· Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing; provide courteous service by phone
· Perform clerical tasks such as filing and order documentation
· Maintain cleanliness and condition of warehouse, yard, company vehicles, and equipment
· Accurately pull, fill, and organize customer orders
· Ensure inventory is properly stored and stocked in designated locations
· Support overall warehouse efficiency and appearance

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $17.5 to $20 hourly.
