Accounting Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong Net Suite experience who enjoys independent project work, financial data cleanup, reconciliation, and process improvement.

The Accounting Associate will support a major cleanup initiative focused on organizing historical project entries, improving revenue-related records, and helping leadership bring financial and operational data up to date. This opportunity offers meaningful ownership, direct collaboration with supportive leadership, and the chance to make a measurable impact on accounting accuracy, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.

This is a strong fit for someone who is analytical, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working through detailed accounting data with focus and consistency. The environment is collaborative and leadership-driven, with training available on certain tools as needed and an emphasis on creating a more streamlined process moving forward.

• Review, clean up, and organize historical project entries in Net Suite.
• Assist with revenue realization, reconciliation, and validation of project-related financial data.
• Identify discrepancies, research issues, and ensure records are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
• Use Excel for tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
• Manage and prioritize cleanup tasks independently while maintaining consistent project progress.
• Communicate updates, findings, and project status with leadership through Outlook and internal channels.

• Salary range: $52,000 to $56,000 per year.
