Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable)
Onsite | Anaheim, CA
We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk with strong Accounts Receivable and collections experience to support a fast‑paced office environment. This is an onsite role focused heavily on AR, customer follow‑up, and accurate financial record keeping.
Key Responsibilities- Manage heavy AR and collections via email and phone
- Generate and process customer invoices
- Prepare and make bank deposits as needed
- Reconcile account discrepancies by analyzing AR activity
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Support ordering and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and reporting
- Minimum 3 years of office experience in accounting (AR‑focused)
- Strong collections experience required
- Quick Books experience required
- Intermediate Excel skills (reports, reconciliations, spreadsheets)
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication and follow‑up skills
