Accounts Payable Manager

Tatum by Randstad is working with a company in the manufacturing industry that is in need of an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to come in on an interim basis with Contract to Hire potential. The company is on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office and 1 day remote) and looking for the interim Accounts Payable Manager to take on the following duties:

• Hands‑on full cycle accounts payable duties (three‑way matching and coding); processing weekly invoices for payment and handling vendor management inquiries.
• Prior experience with three‑way matching and work with Purchase Orders.
• Assisting with Cash Management duties (posting and reconciling cash).
• Assisting with post‑implementation project work related to cleaning up historical data after the recent ERP system implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus, or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5+ years of three‑way matching on Purchase Orders is required.
• 7+ years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience is required.
• Prior experience handling accounts payable in the manufacturing or construction industry is desirable.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and prior experience working on a large ERP system such as Oracle, Net Suite, JD Edwards, or Great Plains is required.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail are required.
