Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 per year.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports while supporting month end, quarter end, and year end close activities.

Assist with inventory, manufacturing, and cost accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Analyze production costs, inventory activity, and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and other financial planning and reporting initiatives.

Collaborate with operations and finance teams on process improvements, system enhancements, and special projects.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and close processes.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial data and reporting tools.

Ability to work onsite and effectively partner with operational and business leaders.

Previous experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance.

Familiarity with ERP systems and participation in system implementations or upgrades.

Aerospace, defense, or other complex manufacturing industry experience.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Self motivated professional with the ability to work independently, support process improvements, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
