Regional Business Office Manager (SNF/LTC)

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing professional to oversee facility accounts receivable, manage aging accounts, follow up on collections, and resolve reimbursement issues. This position works closely with facility leadership to support effective revenue cycle management and timely reimbursement.

Candidates without Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) billing experience will not be considered.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) billing experience

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing

• Accounts Receivable and aging follow-up experience

• Collections and denial management experience

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Point Click Care  experience preferred

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage facility accounts receivable

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

• Conduct collection activities for insurance and resident accounts

• Investigate and resolve billing, reimbursement, and payment issues

• Work with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay accounts

• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation

• Collaborate with facility leadership and corporate teams to improve AR performance

• Ensure timely and accurate claim submission and follow-up

• Perform additional business office and revenue cycle duties as assigned
