ASAP Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary Position Summary We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to provide temporary support to the Accounting department. The primary focus of this position will be managing open order reports while assisting with basic accounting and billing functions. Responsibilities Manage and maintain open order reports Review and track outstanding orders Follow up on open items and update order information Assist with billing and basic accounting functions Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation Research and help resolve order or billing discrepancies Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within company systems Provide additional Accounting department support as needed Qualifications Previous accounting and billing experience Experience working with reports, orders, invoices, or similar documentation Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets and computer systems Ability to manage multiple open items and meet deadlines Available to start quickly and commit to an approximately 3-month assignment KPG
