We are searching for an Office administrator who is friendly & organized.

You would manage information and make sure it flows into our systems properly. Some examples of tasks are:

  • Support sales & operations with project coordination
  • Enter purchase orders to vendors
  • Enter bills/payments into our accounting software
  • Support operations with scheduling tasks
  • Maintain job costing
  • Greet visitors / coordinate vendor visits
  • Receive deliveries

There are also seasonal & project based tasks that you would manage.

Work to be complete in our Anaheim office.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
