Responsibilities

  • Works independently on a PC using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Perform record‑keeping in manual, PDF, and electronic database formats.
  • Communicate via email and desk phone.
  • Apply proper phone etiquette, including taking messages, scheduling return calls, forwarding calls, and other phone‑related tasks.
  • Collaborate with other employees in the area on various tasks.
  • Read and understand typical communications such as transaction tickets, emails, invoices, DMV paperwork, and environmental agency documentation, safety documentation, and business permits.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Clean up the work area at the end of the shift and keep work areas neat and orderly.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain effective housekeeping in the workplace to ensure safety and hygiene for all team members.

Pay rate: $18/hr – $19/hr
