Responsibilities
- Works independently on a PC using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Perform record‑keeping in manual, PDF, and electronic database formats.
- Communicate via email and desk phone.
- Apply proper phone etiquette, including taking messages, scheduling return calls, forwarding calls, and other phone‑related tasks.
- Collaborate with other employees in the area on various tasks.
- Read and understand typical communications such as transaction tickets, emails, invoices, DMV paperwork, and environmental agency documentation, safety documentation, and business permits.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Clean up the work area at the end of the shift and keep work areas neat and orderly.
- Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain effective housekeeping in the workplace to ensure safety and hygiene for all team members.
Pay rate: $18/hr – $19/hr
