• Assist the Director of Registrar Operations with policy and regulatory requirements to assess compliance and regulatory risk.
• Collaborate with campus teams to resolve registrar issues such as data tracking and access challenges.
• Identify and review attendance and grade discrepancies.
• Work with campus registrars and leadership to resolve record‑keeping issues and ensure accurate student records and transcripts.

• A minimum of five years of experience as a registrar in higher education or in a college records office, involving student records, registration, admissions, attendance, grades, and record keeping.
• Knowledge of secondary and postsecondary educational programs.
• Knowledge of accreditation, state, federal, and local laws/regulations related to programs, governmental compliance, and other regulatory standards.

• Associate’s degree required.
