Our client is seeking a polished and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the President in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives while managing multiple priorities in a high‑energy office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative support to the President, including heavy calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and calls
- Manage high‑volume scheduling across multiple calendars while ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong communication and timely follow‑up
- Support HR‑related administrative functions, including documentation, onboarding coordination, and general administrative support
- Enter, update, and maintain customer service information accurately within Service Now and other internal systems
- Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records and reporting
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office remains fully stocked and organized
- Assist with daily office operations and provide additional administrative support as needed
- Associate’s degree required
- 2–3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
- Strong customer‑facing and communication skills with a professional, service‑oriented approach
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Familiarity with Service Now or similar CRM/ticketing systems is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
Salary range is noted in this posting as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
