Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Anaheim, CA. This in-office role is ideal for a professional with strong front-office, administrative, and customer service experience who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
The Bilingual Receptionist will support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, handling phone calls, emails, customer inquiries, mail distribution, scanning, filing, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities- Answer and route incoming calls for the main phone line and dispatch phone while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with service-related concerns, including vending machine issues, payment concerns, and product inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to emails sent to receptionist, service desk, and general information inboxes.
- Follow up on voicemails and ensure messages are documented and directed to the appropriate team members.
- Distribute mail, review non-scan lists, and support accurate document handling.
- Scan and file invoices, payables, receivables, install sheets, and other administrative documents.
- Pay: $22 per hour.
- Annual salary range listed for this opportunity: $45,760 to $47,840 per year.
