** Qualifications**
* ** 2-3 years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership REQUIRED**
* ** Excellent communication skills REQUIRED**
* ** Customer Service Focused REQUIRED**
* ** Ability to lead and drive a team to High Performance REQUIRED
**** The California pay range for this position is $- annually.
** This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
