What We’re Looking For- 2–3 years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership (REQUIRED)
- Excellent communication skills (REQUIRED)
- Strong customer service focus (REQUIRED)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and drive a team to high performance (REQUIRED)

The California pay range for this position is $ - $ annually.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include Department Net, and Manufacturer Appropriability, Department Production (Flat Rate Hours sold).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
