We are currently seeking a
** Full-Time Parts Advisor

** Responsibilities
* ** Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional customer service
* Answer telephones and greet customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and professional counter area, workspace, and stockroom
* Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure timely parts support for repairs
* Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer needs
* Receive, unpack, and store parts in designated storage areas
* Maintain inventory controls and accurate records of goods received
* Process payments and obtain credit authorization
* Handle core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary
** What We’re Looking For
*** Previous Parts Advisor experience (preferred)
* Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
* Automotive dealership service experience (a plus)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong computer literacy
* Ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships
* Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

The estimated monthly earning range for this position is $50,000.00 to $80,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).At
