Business Management, Business Analyst, Product Specialist, Business Development
Overview
We are seeking a strategic, communication‑driven Product Manager to lead system integrations and product growth initiatives supporting credit union clients and their members. This role does not focus on internal member products—rather, it supports partners by delivering integrated, scalable, and reliable solutions across multiple vendor platforms.
The ideal candidate brings “true” product management experience, including roadmap development, cross‑functional leadership, and full ownership of a product’s lifecycle—from concept through delivery, adoption, and optimization.
AboutThe Role
This Product Manager will own the product (server) with core hosting services and oversee integrations across two major platforms. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to understand client needs, scope new solutions, and ensure aligned go‑to‑market strategies. You will evaluate vendor partnerships, assess technical compatibility, and help determine whether prospective credit union clients are a strong fit for onboarding.
You will also develop standardized pricing models, onboarding processes, and integration frameworks to drive scalable growth.

- Actively engage in all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery to continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within fintech, core banking, or credit union environments.
- Experience building and managing product roadmaps.
- Strong professional communication skills, including the ability to tailor complex information to diverse audiences and deliver platform presentations.
- Proven ability to proactively solve problems and manage technical challenges for software products and users.
- Experience collaborating with multiple vendors and evaluating integration feasibility.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and comfort with both high‑level planning and hands‑on execution.
