- Analyze essential trials documents and collaborate with clinical teams to develop and negotiate comprehensive budgets covering institutional research costs.
- Negotiate study specific budgets, contract payment terms, master agreements, master fee schedules, and vendor service agreements.
- Train lower level Grants and Contracts Administrators.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field from college or university, or 4 years of relevant working experience
- 3 years closely related experience in healthcare, research finance, budget negotiation on pharmaceutical sponsored industry research and experience with trials and clinical trial agreements.
- 4 years experience in research finance, budget negotiation on sponsored trials, clinical trial agreements, healthcare administration.
Demonstrates expertise in budget negotiation and financial analysis within the healthcare and clinical research sectors, with a strong focus on developing comprehensive budgets and managing clinical trial agreements. Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff in grants and contracts administration.
