The Business Administration Associate is an assistant to the General Manager and Business Services Supervisor, responsible for administrative duties including accounting, payroll, customer satisfaction and other initiatives set by the franchise owner.

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For- Assist Business Systems Supervisor – Manage franchise human resource, onboarding, and orientation program.
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations – Monitor office supply inventory and new material purchases within the operating budget.
- Perform franchise local administrative procedures – Ensure the office operates at peak efficiency.
- Recruiting and onboarding of new associates – Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct background checks, and support interview process.
- Follow Mr. Rooter Plumbing processes – Be an integral component of the proven service system.
- Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Two years’ experience in a service business setting.
- Preferably experience or knowledge in accounting, payroll, or business administration.
- Paid training.
- State‑of‑the‑art computers and software to streamline administrative, accounting, and customer interactions.
