Formulating and implementing program evaluation techniques and methodologies to perform and direct a wide variety of studies and projects related to programs and policies.
Providing oversight of day-to-day staff and operations of extremely broad, multifaceted programs that have significant impact on the mission of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Advising leadership on policy, operations, and procedures, and recommending programmatic changes to meet requirements and program priorities.
