Estimator, Construction, Civil Engineering

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator, located in Anaheim, CA. The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project documentation, preparing detailed cost estimates, collaborating with the project management team to develop proposals, and ensuring accurate budget forecasting. The individual will work closely with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather necessary information, evaluate material and labor costs, and provide recommendations on cost-effective solutions.

The role also involves maintaining project timelines and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, project planning, and budget forecasting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
• Proficiency with software tools related to estimation and project management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage
