Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to support energy efficiency and retrofit projects within the California Bay Area. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout, including execution, budget ownership, forecasting, invoicing, and client-facing communication. This individual will coordinate with internal stakeholders such as engineering, finance, and assistant construction managers, while directly managing subcontractors and ensuring project milestones are met.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading complex mechanical and electrical scopes—such as HVAC, boilers, chillers, piping systems, BMS/BAS, and lighting—resolving technical and scheduling challenges, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Projects typically support facilities within higher education, K 12 education, healthcare, government, commercial, and industrial environments.
