Onward Engineering is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to serve as the Client's representative on public works projects, including roadway, freeway, water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
The CM will review specs and drawings, submit reports, monitor schedules and costs, and manage field personnel. Candidates should have 10+ years in public works CM, engineering/CM degree, proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, and PE or PMP preferred.
