Mechanical Project Manager

HCS is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager! The Project Manager will oversee Commercial and Industrial Mechanical construction projects. The Project Manager will be expected to oversee and manage the successful execution and completion of assigned projects on-time and on budget. The PM will be responsible for the projects budget, scheduling, contract documents, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Mechanical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project design alongside design team to ensure accuracy
• Directs performance of contracts
• Prepares estimates and budgets along with estimator
• Field supervision to ensure daily goals and schedules
• Coordinates daily work efforts
• Change order management
• Monthly reporting including budget and scheduling reports
• Works closely with superintendent, estimator, client, field staff, and others to ensure project completion on time and on budget in a safe manner

Requirements:

• 5-10 years Mechanical Project Management experience required
• Commercial and Industrial Construction Project Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred
• Ability to work with within a team, with upper management, and with subordinates
• Estimating Experience a plus
• Strong client relations skills are a must to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Effective problem-solving skills, and ability to make time sensitive decisions
