About The Estimator/Project Manager Position

• Proven Experience as a Commercial Estimator or similar role in the Construction Industry
• In-depth knowledge of construction, codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Perform all bid services by development and preparation of cost estimates for customers within assigned territories
• Arrange project site visits, assessment, bid document review and completion from inception to completion
• Daily review of Zoho or designated database for newly assigned bid requests
• Provide excellent customer service to and during all interactions with clientele
• Visit the requested repair site to evaluate the labor, materials and subcontract services needed to achieve the requestedrepairs or improvements
• To prepare a cost analysis of the proposed work and calculate a price for the client that is fair and equitable to both the
  client and AAA Facility Services
